Shipping and Payment

Shipping and Payment

  • Shipping

All shipments are planned and executed in full compliance with international logistics standards and globally accepted trade practices. Deliveries are carried out in accordance with Incoterms® 2020, ensuring clear allocation of responsibilities related to transportation, insurance, customs clearance, and risk transfer. All equipment is packed, labeled, and secured in accordance with international packaging and transportation regulations to ensure safe handling and damage-free delivery during sea, road, or multimodal transport. Prior to dispatch, goods are subject to final inspection and documentation control. Standard export documentation—including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and conformity certificates—is issued to support smooth customs clearance and regulatory compliance at destination.

  • Payment

All payment transactions are structured and executed in accordance with international banking regulations and globally accepted trade finance rules. Payments are processed through internationally recognized banking systems in full compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and applicable financial compliance requirements. Commercial settlements follow established international export banking practices, ensuring traceability, financial security, and contractual integrity. Payment execution is aligned with standard cross-border transaction procedures, including SWIFT-based bank transfers, proper beneficiary identification, and full transaction transparency in accordance with international banking norms. In line with international risk management principles, financial commitments are contractually secured prior to the allocation of manufacturing capacity, procurement, and logistics resources. This structured approach ensures production continuity, schedule reliability, and disciplined financial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
